I called these guys to fix my Thermador oven. It wasn’t heating at all and had been broken for months. When I called the customer service guy set up an appointment on my time, he asked me what time I wanted to have the repair man show up and schedule it accordingly. The repairman was on-time and fixed my oven for less than I expected to pay. I had a good experience with San Diego Appliance Repair and will definitely call them again when I need something fixed.
