What a great company! My Subzero refrigerator hit the fritz the other week and the old company I was using went out of business. A good experience, arrived on time, went right to work and finished quickly. I was surprised to find out that they do same day service no matter what part of the city I am in or whatever appliance I need help with which is very crucial to running a business which I am. This is a big reason I am very satisfied. The communication was excellent, service was timely and price quote was exactly what I paid, the technician was knowledgeable and did more than was required. He left me a business card, a sticker, a magnet and I even got a follow up call from someone in the office making sure everything was up to par. They did a really great job!!!
As a General Contractor I work with many sub-contractor and California Appliance is the best in terms of their quality service and professional technicians.
